My part

I came into the project through a longstanding client relationship. I helped establish the production and delivery plan, clarify scope and schedule, and bring the creative and specialist teams together as the work developed.

Why it mattered

Once the work was stable, I handed day-to-day delivery to the production team while retaining Executive Producer oversight and supporting collaboration with sister companies. The work was not simply a technology demonstration; it had to become a production solution the client and delivery team could rely on.
